I have smoked for over seven years and have tried everything to quit.
The gum helps a little, as well as the patch but The thing that helped
me the most is zyban, along side the nicotine replacements. It'll be
two weeks from may last cigerette on saterday, and before that I lasted
about 3 days before i went nuts. The zyban really helped, I'd talk to
your doctor about it cause you do need a prescription.

Personally I'm always ready to learn, although I do not always like being taught.
