Re: 3rd Lap + few questions

i had my 3rd lap in march, and each one gets easier. i've done the bowel prep with all of my surgeries and for some other procedures, so i'm used to it. just be sure to have soft toilet paper on hand. also, drink a lot of water until your cut-off time. the water will keep you from dehydrating. the tip with the bowel prep is to keep it cold without freezing it. it goes down easier the colder it is.

good luck. hope you have some relief with this one.
