The last 3 weeks I have been having problems with severe pain when there is anything in my bladder (feels like someone is sitting on it and it hurts really bad. I have been having severe pain and extreme exhaustion (I HAVE fallen asleep at my desk) with my period for years but this pain in my uretha is unbearable at times. I went to a urologist thinking it was a urinary infection but my urine was clear. They ran a bunch of tests (finally after 10+ years) and found out I have endo. I don't even know the extent of it yet but I have found the only thing that helps the pain is narcotics. I have been on Vicodin (or percocet when it is really bad) for weeks now, and was on tylenol with codeine for years before that to help with the cramps. They just got the MRI back today and it is endo. Good luck and let me know if you find anything else that works on the pain beside narcotics.
