Kelli, For me the only thing that helped the burning was to use alot of lubricant. I agree with Lisa that the depth of penetration can be what triggers the pain afterward. Try different positions to see what is more comfortable for you. With a little practice you'll be able to figure out which positions are a no go and wich are alright. Unfortunately "alright" might mean just a little better than the others. Also, try talking to your boyfriend about it. I know its awkward, but he can't help if he doesn't know what is happening. If he knows he can at least try to avoid doing certain things that might cause you pain. Alyson
