Madiha, It may just take a little while for your body to fully recover if your doctor had to do alot of work in there. As for the baby question...many doctors feel that the best time to try to conceive if you have endo is the 4-6 months following a surgery. They know everything is cleaned out and no endo causing problems. The other aspect is that endometriosis is a progressive disease that can continue to get worse with time. So, doctors often encourage patients to try to get pregnant sooner than later before the disease gets too bad. It really comes down to a personal decision you have to make about when you are ready to have a baby. If you don't have one now it doesn't necessarily mean you can't have one later...but there is the chance that if the endometriosis gets worse it can make conceiving difficult. It is a really hard position to be in. I have decided not to try yet because I know I'm not ready for a baby. But it does way on me that I may not be able to do it some day down the line. Alyson
