Kathy, I've been using all natural progesterone cream and watching my diet, using heat wraps, and going to physical therapy, but that's about it. I have to say I haven't taken my prescription pain meds in about 3 weeks, just motrin. When I was on the meds I was taking darvocet daily. I am by no means pain free but I have to say it is much more manageable these days. Alyson
