I had a tough time with emotions, esp coming off Lupron (which is
effectivly perimenopause). I found a naturopath who has ways to help me
balance my hormones. If you can find one who works with women's health,
they might be helpful. You could check the American Assn of
Naturopathic physicians at http://www.naturopathic.org. There are a multitude
of herbs, supplements, diet changes, etc. that can help. And one thing
I really like about her is that she'll test for homone levels, which
could make it possiable to understand more about how the pain, misery,
hormones and endo are all related.

I've experience this when I used them after surgery. Since many of us have pain with BM's, it may worsen the situation.
