Hi,

I too have a lot of pain and are reluctant to use prescription meds. I recently read that the Endo Assoc. does not recommend the use of many narcotics because they tend to "bind" you. I've experience this when I used them after surgery. Since many of us have pain with BM's, it may worsen the situation.
