Natasha, Heating pads are sometimes the only thing that gets me through my day. I keep one at work, one at home, and I have those Therma Care heat packs for when I'm on the move (or if you don't want everyone at work to know you are plugged into a heating pad!). Hot baths are great too. And yoga actually helped some. Alyson
