'pulling' sensation during urination

I had excision surgery in July. The dr. said my uterus and colon were fused together b/c my cul-de-sac was full of endo. No mention of my bladder or kidneys. I got my first Lupron shot Aug. 3rd, 2nd one Sept. 1st and my 3rd one yesterday. About the past 2 weeks it hurts to tinkle. No burning sensation or anything like that. It actually feels like someone is reaching in there pulling down on my uters and insides as hard as they can. It feels like gravity is trying to suck my insides out when I tinkle. Has anyone experienced this? One girl I work with said she had that feeling and come to find out it was scarring from the surgery to remove the endo so they had to go back in laproscopically and remove the adhesions. When I got my shot yesterday I asked the nurse and she was clueless. In fact, I asked her several questions and she couldn't answer a single one! If anyone can shed some light on this I would greatly appreciate it!

Thanks! :)
