Hi Kathy,

I just want to not forget to remind you that yeast is what I have identified for me as the culprit in making me bloated. But it is just one of many food sensitivities that can have that symptom, and food sensitvities are only one of multiple possiable causes. If it persists, you might want to ask your doctor to run the blood test for Celiac's disease (gluten intolerance). If that doesn't solve it and you don't see another explaination, a naturopath can order a blood test to screen for up to like 400 food and other sensitivities called the ELISA/ACT test. They might also be able to evaluate whether your liver might be involved and have ways to support it if that's the case (it's the largest organ in the adult body and all the blood and food pass through it for processing and detox). That's all I know about bloating, but I'm certain it's not the whole story, in fact I think Traditional Medicinals makes a PMS Tea that talks about bloating and is mostly a diuretic. If the bloating is new then you've probably already asked yourself if anything about your diet has changed recently? Have you done anything to change your hormones?

I'm sorry this is so complicated. I trust you'll find something that makes you more comfortable.

Jenn
