Hi Kathy,

You can find Pau d'Arco at most health food stores, including Whole Foods. I think I got mine at Wegmans. You could also order it online for a tea company, Traditional Medicinals has a tea, I believe. There are also combo anti-yeast supplements with garlic and other herbs.

Mostly though, I feel better if I don't eat anything with yeast in it (no bread, no soy sauce, no tofu, no temph, no beer or wine...). And when I mess up I know, I get bloated and start passing gas again :( I've substituted totillas and muffins for bread, and I'm using extra ginger and wasabi on sushi in a small attempt to make up for skipping the soy sauce. I really know when I injest yeast now...last night I tried a new mult-vitamen, without putting two and two together b/c it said on the package "fermented soy".

I haven't gotten a copy yet, but another endo sufferer highly recommended _The Yeast Connection_.

Maybe just try cutting yeast out for a week or two and see what happens for you, if it helps, learn more.

I don't drink caffine, but I do get some in dark chocolate, which I have cut down but not given up.

Good luck! I'd love to hear if any of this helps you.

Jenn
