Lisa, I also have experienced this. I know how terrible the pain is. I have an appt. on the 11th so if I find out any info I will be sure to pass it on to you. If I do continous bending or lifting it really acts up. Also I have nticed that if I am strssed out it will only make it worse. When the symptoms come on I stop all activity and I get on the heating pad to try and help the pain. After a while it subsides and I resume activity but keep it very minimal. It feels like it is a trigger telling you that your body has had enough, so, please listen to this. I hope that this has helped you some. ~~~~~~~~~~~PAIN FREE DAYS TO ALL~~~~~~~~~~~~~
