Hi,
Bloating can be caused by yeast overgrowth and/or sensitivity. It can
also be caused by food sensitivites, which are common among endo
sufferers. Pau d'Arco tea, an anti-fungal helped me, as did removing
all yeast products from my diet (hopefully not forever) as I'm sensitive
to them. You might want to try a rotation diet to look for food
sensitvites. I went to a naturopath for the first time last week and
she had tests to figure out what's up and protocols for really solving
the yeast problems etc. I hope that helps.
