I had Ultram too for a long time and then it just completley did not work. Then they gave me Darvocet which did not work either. Whatever I take I alway alternate with 800mg Ibprofen. Now I have Tylenol 3, which if you have very severe pain you have to take 2. I also have some Toradol, but that isn't doing much either. I am almost completley out of pain medication. I hate to call and ask for more, they do make you feel bad about it. I tell them trust me I don't want to be taking pain pills everyday either, but the pain isn't tolerable without taking anything.
