Im 21 years old and was diagnosed with endometriosis through laparoscopy in may just 5 months after getting married. I started taking Lupron depot.I took the shot for four months. I was going to go for six, but i couldnt handle the hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia, and intense feeling of anxiety any longer. My last shot was July 30th and I have not gotten my period back yet. At first I thought well, maybe Im pregnant, but I don't really "feel" pregnant. Does anyone know what may be causing my amenorrhea? I am still experiencing the side effects also, but i was told the side effects may last for up to 10 weeks. I thought yor period was supposed to return right away though. my doc always stressed to get my shots on time cuz she said if i didnt i would start bleeding.
