another cyst ruptured. this makes it 9From: Mary (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed Sep 27 20:05:11 2006
I have been in extreme pain this last week. I thought it had to be from the depo. I am still new to that shot and my body is still adjusting. I have not been able to sleep longer then 3 hrs every night due to extreme pain and after talking to my nurse 3 times about the pain being so severe they decide to do a unltra sound on me today. I have had so many of those but this one was the most painful. after not sleeping at all the night before from extreme contractions [or so its felt] and shooting pain down my right leg and across to my left side I almost gave in to going to the er. But knowing I would be looked at today I just sucked it up. well not even 1 minute in the ultra sound I could see a huge mass of fluid. the girl doing the sound said "oh it looks like you had a cyst rupture" I had an ultra sound done not even a month ago and it showed nothing of cysts. they come and go so fast making me have to miss work and stay bed ridden due to extreme pain. I want to know if anyone else is experiencing this. and isnt not having periods suppose to stop these from developing? I am tired of this pain and now my doctor is suggesting removing my whole right side to eliminate the problem. but will that really resolve anything?! Im so tired of this.
-- sincerely, Mary
