Re: Larger Ovaries

I have had three surgeries for endometriosis and each time I do, I am told that my ovaries are twice the size of what they should be. They have always explained to me that it is because of scarring as a result of endometriosis or small cysts over a period of time. They usually simply burn off the scar tissue and my ovaries are normal sized again. I hope this helps.
