Lupron and neuromuscular disorders

My sister and I both suffer from severe endometriosis. I was put on lupron injections for six months and could not tolerate them. My sister is 5 years younger than me and has been on them for over a year now. About four months ago she started experiencing shortness of breath and began seeing varios doctors. Since then her breathing problems have worsened drastically and she only has 30% muscle function of her diaphram. The doctors suspect a neuromuscular disease brought on by the hormone treatments (Lupron). What do you guys think of this? Anyone had a similar experiences? I myself, have suffered with joint pain since my injections, but nothing like this. She is getting married on Oct. 7th and is holding off on further tests until after the honeymoon. She is afraid of bad news before then. I don't blame her. I am very worried for her. She is only 23. Any help or advise would be much appreciated.

Thank you.
