Larger Ovaries

Since my insurance will more than likely be changing at the end of the year, I decided to go to the doctor and have him check me out so that if I needed to schedule anything I had time before my insurance changes. Anyway, he has never mentioned this before to me, but he told me that my uterus was really small (a little over half the size it should be) and my right ovary is noticeably larger than my left. He did say that it wasn't like that last time (my ovary, not my uterus). Today I went for my ultrasound to check it out and the tech could barely find my left ovary (it was all the way over close to my hip). She asked me why I was having this done and I told her about the ovary being bigger and the pain I have been having on my right side. All she said was, "It wasn't hard to find your right ovary." I know they can't tell me anything, but it just makes me curious as to why my right ovary would suddenly be bigger? I only have stage 1 endo but I have never brought a baby to term and have had one miscarriage in 12 years of trying. He told me last Wednesday that he didn't think it was a cyst--not even the one you get every month. Has anyone ever heard of this?
