Trisha,

There really is very little information regarding pg & lupron, however, I have collected much of what there is. Ultimately, what you'll find is that there are very, very few documented cases of pg while on "long-term" lupron treatment, but that from a physical standpoint, fetal defects tend to mirror rates found in the general population. Most babies born after exposure to a GNrH agonist such as lupron appear completely normal at birth, and from what I've learned there hasn't been any follow up documented past about 7 years of age.
