Endo Maybe?????Long, Sorry!From: anonymous@obgyn.netWed Sep 27 09:00:14 2006
Hi, I am 35,and I have 2 (5,11)children. I have problems with anxiety and my jaw(TMJ). Never had female problems until mid 30's. I have been experiencing bad PMS symptoms for the last couple years, pain being the least of them. For the last year I have felt as though something hasn't been right. I don't experience abnormal bleeding outside my periods, but usually at some point during my period I will have bright red bleeding (like a cut would bleed). Since the end of May I've been experiencing cramping and sharp stabbing pains that start 3 or 4 days after my period starts. These pains go on through out the month somedays better than others. I went to my OB/GYN in early June a week after end of period that brought on pain. She ordered internal ultrasound and checked my urine. Slight amount of blood was detected in uirne(not visible to the eye) so they sent it away. The untrasound thought extremely painful! came back normal as did the urinalysis. So I went through the summer with the cramps, stabbing pains (also pain in back, hips and tops of thighs). I had my annual scheduled for Sept. So I waited it out. This visit again was a week after period ended. Told her still having the pain, so she did another urine, pap and internal which was painful at top right side (brought tears to my eyes). Said she might do lap to check for endo. But she thought periods should be more painful. There was blood detected in urine again but not visible to the eye. Sent it away again. Referred me to urologist to check blood in urine. So anyway OB/GYN called to say that urine came back normal again. Saw the urologist he's doing a urinalysis(creatinine), CT of kidneys and bladder then he will do a scope of bladder next week. From researching endo I read that it can cause blood in urine if it growing on or in bladder. Any of you experince this? I don't know if I should call OB/GYN back and get this lap scheduled. I have no previous problems with bladder, never an infection that I can think of. No burning or frequent urination. I feel like we are barking up the wrong tree here really. And in the mean time the cramps and pain continue. My last two periods started only 24 days apart. Any ideas on my crazy problem??? I would like to have a hysterctomy and just be done with it all! We are done having children so I am very lucky in that respect. Thanks for you time.
