Re: Sciatic Endometriosis (hip, leg pain) - Anyone have it...Anyone been treated properly for it?

I agree. I see that someone earlier was thinking of starting a forum
for this topic. I think that would be awesome. Me and my rolling pin.
oooh.. I have had to use it to roll out the pain under the right
buttock by trying to hold myself ontop of it and set myself down slowly
and roll back and forth a few times. It seems to stretch those tendons
when it gets so bad. The other day it was hurting in the arch of my
foot and heal so I sat on the couch and let my foot roll back over it.
Please note: My rolling pin is not wooden for splinters (ha ha) or it is
not used to cook with anymore. Hubby purchased another :) It's the
goofiest of things to do for an impromptu physical therapy at the moment
when pain get's so high.
Who ever starts a group, I would be happy to join. Thanks for bringing
this subject to the front of the topics.
Have a good day!
