Re: Question about cycles, pain, and endo

I am having the same problem right now. The doctors have me on continuous pills too. I am having pain still and the occasional break-through bleeding. I have talked to the doctor about it and they told me that it was because my body was becoming used to the hormones in the pills and that was why I was having the bleeding. The pain they said was becasue they thought the endo had caused adhesions in my pelvic cavity. He said every month the implanted endo would bleed and thats what caused the adhesions. So even if the endo was gone, I am still having serious pain with the adhesions. And I have been in and out of the E.R.(I have to go to a military hospital cause my husband is Navy and thats what the doctor recommended if the pain got bad). So maybe adhesions are something to think about where the pain is coming from. Hope I could help. Amy
