I eat extremely well and I watch every single thing i put in my mouth...NEVER eat junk food..yet I gain and gain on Seasonale...I do not even know my own body anymore...been on this pill for 2 years and this is my second day OFF this nightmare pill....I have been beside myself with depression as NOTHING fits me anymore and i don't know what else to do...The weight gain is predominantly in my belly/stomache...in fact, i even did a pregnancy test as that is how it makes me look...pregnant ALL the time...i look/feel like a barrel...I do not recommend this pill..i started taking it due to mood swings associated with pms...i tell you, 2 years into this, i would rather take the mood swings and deal with THAT than to feel totally uncomfortable in my own skin..Erika
