Hello I agree with the other advice you have been given. it sounds like you did to much when you should of been resting i do hope you feel beter soon. If you do to much too soon after surgery you can give your self a surgical hernia. also i was still haveing pain after a month after my navel and ended up asking dr and he said the navel incsision takes the longest to heal and can take 8 weeks to heal .
