It has tripled in size in two weeks, with no menstural cycle due to a "ectopic pregnancy" hence there was not ovulation etc, to account for the rapid growth and it is over the normal limits for a corpus letum. I have had the cyst for over 5 months. I was given Metheltreaxte to resolve the ectopic pregnancy (the most devistating ordeal of me and my hubbys life) since we were told my chance of conception were low due to endo and adhesions, etc. The cyst is rapidly growing and my doctor where i had the metheltrexate and the ectopic found ( I was out of town at my parents home when I went to the ER) says I need to get with my local doctor ASAP or come back and see them. I called my local doctor and they put me off and asked as though it was not a problem. Does anyone know of this happening, through ultrasounds they are unable to distinguish the type of cyst etc. they say it has cystic formations???? I am just concerned, it is in the same ovary and side that the Ectopic occured in. I just recently started having severe pain with it as it has grown.
