Re: Pregnancy and endometriosis

Em, I have absolutely no experience with endo and pregnancy... That said, I was just discussing my adhesion issues with the doctor. She suggested that I see a chiropractor who has a massage therapist specializing in abdominal/pelvic pain. Essentially it would involve deep tissue massage to release the adhesions. She did say it is very painful during the session, but usually provides alot of relief once complete. Obviously you would want to discuss this with your doctor. I have no idea if it is something that would be safe for you and the baby. I just thought it might be something to look into if it could possibly help. Congratulations on your pregnancy! Alyson
