Thank you for the information, that is very helpful. I am getting everything ready to fax into the CEC tomorrow, so I may know more after that. They mentioned in the info that they sent out that my insurance (TRICARE) has chosen not to work with them even as an out of network provider, so I wonder how that will affect my costs. I'll call TRICARE once I see what the DRs at the CEC are recommending. Also, can you tell me how long it takes to get on the surgery schedule once they agree to see you? I must plan this out with my boss, so I just wondered how that part will work.
