I have had endo for a long time now and the pst year i discovered i have Adenomyosis and the pain i use to get is still there but the pst 6 months i get this heavy pain ( that is the best way to describe it; feels like a lil bowling ball was placed in my stomach) if i walk to much, clean house, bend over for to long i get that heavy pain is this normal with adenomyosis ? It makes it so hard to do any thing now and i dont know if something eles is wrong or if it is the adenomyosis. thanks for any help any one can offer to this!! thanks
