Re: Anyone ever heard of, or had a presacral neurectomy?

Hi Emma:
I've had a presacral neurectomy. I had it during my very first surgery.
It does help with the pain right down the vertical middle of your lower
abdomen. I didn't have any problems at all with the loss of sensation
mentioned here. It was higher up than that. I also had a uterosacral
neurectomy, which helped even more, during my second surgery. Of course
now, there's no uterus to cause pain for me, but I hope this helps.
