Hi Shell here,I am 36yrs old and have had full hyterectomy.I now have severe adhesions in abdomen. Anyways,I have had a horrible time in past two years figuring out what I can eat without severe blotting ,pain, irregularity and nausea afterwards.I have tried cancer diets, raw foods,no wheat, no sugar, down to almost nothing with little relief. I finally found it and want to share as this is actually benefitting me. I have discovered that the ONLY diet that helps prevent symptoms is Aryuvedic. Now we are all different but have alot of the same symptoms from endo so it's worth a try. Endo is a PITTA condition which means heat in the belly. So I was advised to purchase a Aryuvedic book there are several to choose from.Just look for one with an ANTI-PITTA diet in it.This will tell you what to eat and what to avoid. Also I am taking an herb called ASHWAGANDA which is good for uterus, hormone imbalance, water balance and blood disorders.I order it thru local herb store in capsules and in loose tea.It also gives nutrients that the endo is taking from me. There is an herb company that we can order this from in bulk I just have to find the pamphlet and I'll give the name and adress if anyone is interested. Take Care All, Shell
