Bladder and Yeast Infections in Women with Endo?

After my laparoscopy three years ago, I had an abundance of bladder infections and the occasional yeast infection. Right after the surgery, my doctor told me it had a lot to do with the hormones she put me on (Megestrol to suspend menstruation, etc.). Well I dealt with that for about a year, was diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis, and after being on medication for that for another year, I thought my infection woes were over.

In the past three months, I have had three yeast infections and two bladder infections. This is starting to ruin my life. I'm on continuous birth control (Yasmin for three straight months, a period for three days) and am wondering if that could be affecting me or if maybe my endo is flaring up again.

Has anyone had similar experiences? I woke up this morning with a bladder infection so painful I almost cried. I'm chugging cranberry juice and water, popping Cystex and cranberry pills, and trying to get myself well because I don't think I'll have time to visit my ob-gyn before the holiday weekend (which will be my fifth visit in two months).
