I don't have a hyst scar, but I have several others that itch and drive
me insane on a daily basis.
What works for me:
- use Tide Free or some other unscented laundry detergent
- no stinky body lotions on the site, just unscented
- Aveeno anti itch gel...it is a GODSEND
Good luck with your itches lady...I know how annoying it can be!
Alexis.

>Hello, I came across your comment on itching and I have a similar story. I had both my children by c section and after weeks of healing I had told my doctor that I had this inceasant itching that they said would go away and it did...but only for a while. It comes and goes and here I am almost 5 years later and I still get itching at my c section scar! It drives me crazy! It is right at the scar, mostly at the edge of either side of the incisions. There has to be something to stop this itching! It is not a skin rash or eczima. Help!
