Re: Birth Control

Monica, When you said that you are sensitive to synthetic hormone treatment, I was reminded of something that I have read. Have you read the Endo book by Dianne Shepperson Mills? She says in her book that women with endo are sensitive to chemicals and synthetic hormones. She also implies that women with Endo who consume white or wheat flour products have increased pain due to the synthetic hormones in the flour (resulting from pesticide use). She recommends going thirty days without wheat consumption to see if there is pain improvement. I have personally had great success in reduction of pain from omitting wheat and wheat products from my diet. Rarely do doctors give nutrition advice to the sick because they are not required to take nutrition classes in their course of education. I would recommend Dianne's book as a good start if you choose to seek out alternative methods to your treatment of endo. Hope this helps. Christy At Mon, 28 Aug 2006, Monica wrote: >
