It was worse to have my gall bladder out, actually. My incisions didn't
hurt that much but I was a bit sore for a couple of days. All I have to
say is: MAKE SURE YOU GO TO THE BATHROOM. I had a *wonderful* nurse in
my post op section that could only think of going home (and told
everyone under the sun about it. She was even complaining when she had
to wheel me out to the car). She never came into the bathroom with me
to make sure I went to the bathroom ENOUGH. It turned out that I had a
blood clot and had to be rushed back to the ER. Fun stuff. I filled
one of those big bags in like two seconds. And I was lucky enough to
have to wear a catheter for two days. So just make sure you go!!! :)
