Hi, Stephanie.

I had my Lap on a Wednesday. I was pretty sore for the next few days. I was able to get around the house ok by myself, but couldn't lift, carry anything. It hurt to sit up...rolling out of bed or off the couch was easier! what a sight! i was supposed to go back to work on monday, but found that when i tried to drive, turning to look for traffic made me feel the soreness in my stomach too. i went back to work on tuesday.

this may sound funny also, but be careful of the kind of underware and pants you wear around that time. my pants would rub on the area of the incision under my belly button and it was really sore and irritating. also, i had my belly pierced and had to take that out because it was rubbing around the incision.

i hope this helps. good luck! Beth
