HI Beth! I am currently on the seasonal b.c. My doctor put me on this after i had 2 lupron shots. My pain is not as intense as it was when i was on no b.c. I do get pain the week before my period and during my period but it's not as bad. I do not have endo bad but my pain is very intense. I usually will get one episode (i call it) where i can not move or do anything all day the week before my period. I think every person is different with b.c. it just depends on how your body will take it. But i have not found the seasonale to worsen my pain. I hope this helps and I hope you will have pain free days!!
