Yes >

Bladder, Cul-de-sac, Pouch of Douglas, Uterosacral ligaments, pelvic sidewalls; in addition had lysis of adhesions -- bowel adhered to pelvic sidewall, right ovary adhered to pelvic sidewall >

Dr. S at the CEC in Atlanta >

Very well. Like a true professional. I've posted on here before about him, if you go back through my posts, you'll find them. >

Northside >

Yes, they treated me very well. >
>6) Did you have to go on HRT after the surgery?

No >
>7) What were your symptoms prior to surgery (fatigue, pain, etc.)?
Stabbing, knifelike pains; Excruciating, crippling pain.

> Did the surgery get rid of any of your symptoms?

It got rid of some of the stabbing pains, pain around the right ovary. Not the crippling cramps. I ended up having adenomyosis, and the pain was still there because of that. Since I had a hyst, and had the adeno confirmed, the pain is totally gone. > If so, what symptoms did it get rid of?

There was NO visible sign of the endo when he went back in to remove the uterus, 5 months later. >
>8) Did you have to have surgery again?

Yes, the hysterectomy. > If so, how long after you had excision surgery?

5 months.
