Alternatives to Hysterectomy

I was recently told of a new procedure which removes the lining of your uterus. This is an alternative to removing everything. Does anyone have any information or experience on this? I Can't remember what the name of it is. I have Endo in my ovary areas, lost my Rt ovary from it. Trying a natural approach, so I don't want to take hormones.
