Before you go off any of your medication, I highly recommend talking to
your doctor(s). This is especially true when it comes to the
anti-depressants, which should be stopped gradually.
The only person who can answer whether or not you should go off your
medications is yourself. However, I have never heard of pain during sex
being caused by birth control. Also, studies have shown that birth
control pills do reduce pain associated with Endo and cysts.
Best of luck!!
