At times you do feel lost and depressed, but you have to keep your chin up and see the good things in life no matter what. Just remember that God does not give us anything that we can not handle. I will keep you in my prayers as well. I am glad that at least they did find the endomeroma before it increased in size. My mother had two fibroids taken out that was the size of a grapefruit and one as an orange. It did help her, but she did have all of the signs of endo. I believe she has endo, and just was never diagnosed with it. Back then they really did not know anything about endo. Do not worry my friend. You will get through this!!
