Jennifer,

I've used acupuncture for several years now, and absolutely LOVE it. I started it to control migraines, when all else failed. It also helps with the endo/adeno symptoms. As someone else posted, it takes a little while to kick in, so don't expect immediate results with your first visit. For me it took a couple of weeks before I noticed a difference. Now, it's the ONLY thing that helps with the headaches.

I'd be happy to provide details about what to expect and what my experiences have been. Feel free to email me: skilbourne@gmail.com.
