Jennifer, I saw an accupuncturist for about eight months. I absolutely loved it. It is something that you have to commit some time to as it is not a treatment that will provide you immediate results. I would be happy to tell you about my experience if you would like to e-mail me. It's kind of alot to cover in a post. About natural remedies, I am just starting out on the natural progesterone cream approach. If you go to http://www.endo-resolved.com there is alot of info about progesterone cream, diet, and other natural remedies for dealing with this disease. Alyson
