Re: Endo cycts size

I wouldn't think there is a size restriction. Now mine were too big for
lap but I think if it is 5cm or smaller they do a lap. My Dr. inserted
the laproscope and my 2 cysts (over 10cm) burst and he had to make a
csection type incision to get in there and clean it all out. Very
disappointing b/c the recovery is longer and much more difficult. I am
also taking Lupron now to get the rest of the endo he could not remove.
My first OB put me on BC but it only made the cysts grow. Estrogen
"feeds" endo. I suggest trying the lap first. BC pills don't really
help. It made mine double in size in the one month I used NuvaRing!!!
Scary!
Good luck and keep us posted on your progress!
