I have searched on the internet for hours! I did find Dr. Albee and Dr. Lyons listed as specialists here in Atlanta. The specialist that I saw on Monday is excellent, but wanted $6,000 upfront for my surgery. I do have United Healthcare Inusrance, but I would have to file and wait for them to "reimburse" me. Then I would need to pay the other hospital fees. Monday's visit cost me $771 out of pocket. I have been in shock since. I had no idea that this happened now. I wasn't sure if all specialists operated in this way. I will call Dr. Albee on Monday and see what I can find out.
