Re: What do you take for the pain, if anything?

I take the following medications for pain:

OxyContin 20mg x 4/day

Perocet 5mg x 4/day (or as needed)

Motrin 800mg x 2/day (or as needed)

I'm also on Lupron, 3 months shot, about to end, and I will soon start Lyrica, for nerve pain.

Percocet helps me the best with those horrible cramps during the periods, but I have never had nausea with periods, so I can't help you much there. My best advice to you is to not take any meds on an empty stomach, because that can cause nausea. Also, keep something like saltines or salty pretzels close by, they help curb the nausea and vomiting sometimes.

Good Luck!!

Inny.
