What do you take for the pain, if anything?

I am just wondering what most women take when they have severe pain. I
am looking for something to try. I know that simple Tylenol, aspirin,
or Motrin/Ibuprofen does absolutely nothing for me. I am wondering if
there is anything else someone could suggest. The pain is getting
considerably worse for me, and what's worse is that I am now having
periods twice a month, so I am in even more pain.
Also, does anyone know of something that will help with the accompanying
nausea with periods.
