I've been trying to follow the diet to help lower my pain but am running into a uncommon problem. I'm loosing weight from it. I'm 5' 2" and weigh 110, which means I'm already a skinny person and i am trying to gain weight, not loose it. Does any one know of food that still fall under "ok" but will allow me to hold my wieght?
