Pregnant... and on Lupron

I had laparascopic surgery in May and since it didn't resolve all of my pain I elected to give lupron a try. I got my first (1 month) shot on June 21st and the next 4 weeks went well. I didn't need add-back therapy and had minimal side effects. I went in for my second shot on July 19th, only this time it was the 3 month injection. I remember feeling nauseous in the days preceding the shot, but attributed it to hormonal imbalance from the Lupron. I didn't think anything of it until Friday when it dawned on me that the last time I'd been that miserable was with my last pregnancy. Sure enough... I've got to be at least 7 weeks pregnant. This is so far from anything I expected, and I'm scared to death that this could result in big problems. Lupron is a Category X drug in pregnancy. Has anyone heard of this happening, or do you have any idea where I might be able to find more information? Any and all advice/insight would be appreciated. I go in for an us on Wednesday to determine whether it's a viable pg.
